I actually agree with this decision.  I never use cursive handwriting anymore…95% of all the writing I do is in e-mail or Microsoft Word documents (so it’s all typed obviously).  For the notes I take in meetings or on conference calls, I always print.  There is no need for cursive writing today…it’s outdated and archaic.
